Vintage 1990s Yohji Yamamoto Back Tie Maxi Skirt Black Wool Gabardine Medium

This is a vintage, early 1990s Yohji Yamamoto maxi skirt in black wool gabardine. The front of the skirt is trouser style with a flat waist, two side pockets and zipper and button closure. There are two 8 1/2 inch vertical darts between the zipper and each pocket for shaping. There are two drawstring ties at the back waist for adjustment. The skirt is sewn with a center seam in both the front and back, two side seams and a back kick pleat.

Labeled as a women's size Medium, please note the measurements taken flat one side only. Waist (pulled tight): 13 inches. Widens very gradually to 22 inches at hem. Fabric and care: 100% wool. In barely worn mint condition.
