SUPER RARE and highly sought after skirt, and this one is still New with Tags. I have not seen any others in that condition or in that size. I have just never worn this after I bought it. Time to sell this beauty to someone who will wear it! I will be posting more photos of the actual skirt and tags attached in the next day or so---POSTED :. Looks just like the stock photos. Tiered ruffles create diagonal lines around a voluminous maxi skirt. Smocked elastic waistband and hi low hem (maxi length front with an even longer train length in the back) which is stunning! All over tiered ruffle maxi skirt. In between each ruffle tier is a more slightly sheer stretchy fabric.

This skirt should be worn with a slip underneath for more coverage. Back is longer and pointed at the bottom. Waist band is stretchy with ruffled trimming. Dramatic and striking, but still with a casual, everyday feel.

The measurements for size XS are 12.5" Waist un-stretched, 16.5" stretched. 42 to 45 length front, 52 length in back.

There is a ton of material to this skirt and it has some weight. The material of the skirt is: 70% polyester, 25% Rayon, 5% spandex cold water hand wash care. The skirt is almost like a casual comfy jogger or sweat pant material with a stunningly striking and beautiful dramatic style. The best of both worlds! Can be dressed up or down.
