Halston Heritage 70's Back Ladies!!!! It is gorgeous enough to wear to any occasion. It glimmers rather than shines. This dress is super long and elegant! Very "Sex In The City"!!!

The skirt is also very heavy, but does drag on the floor nicely. If you are tall this would be perfect, but if you are short you might have to get it taken in a little or cut it yourself. The edge of the skirt is not hemmed. It's the style and the fabric; please look at the last image.

The skirt for sale is BRAND NEW with tags, the one I got hemmed and the slit put in was my second pair. I bought 2 just so I have a maxi and a maxi slit, but I just never got the chance to rock the maxi. Below is just an example of MY maxi that i had the slit added to.
