The item is brand new with tags and never worn, but with a minor defect- the skirt came with the clasp broken the receiving end of the hook and eye clasp, which should be sewn on, is detached. Please see photos for more details. It would probably take about 5 minutes to hand-sew back on, or a tailor would be able to fix for a few dollars, but I decided not to bother because the skirt is too long on me.
